What are my payment options?

Direct Debit

Never think about another account!  Whether you’re at home, interstate or overseas direct debit pays your account on or near the due date monthly without you lifting a finger.  To take advantage of this handy bank account payment method, just contact us to obtain a direct debit authority form.

BPay

If you use online banking you’re probably already familiar with this payment method. Most banks offer BPAY and EFT at no charge, but do be aware there is a processing delay so you’ll need to allow 7-10 days for your monthly payment to reach us.

Phone

Payment over the phone is available by calling ENSA on 1300 00 ENSA (3672). Select Option 1 to proceed to the credit card payment service or alternatively select Option 2 to speak with a Customer Service Representative who can assist with processing your payment.

Mail

ENSA are one of the few providers to still accept payment by mail. You’ll find a payment stub included with your monthly bill for just this purpose. Simply tear off the stub and post your payment to:
